Joint ventures net contractor jobs for Coeur d'Alene Tribe, Yakima's Capitol Theatre

Leone & Keeble Inc., of Spokane, is constructing several projects in the Northwest worth a combined $86.3 million. The projects include a previously reported $75 million expansion at the Coeur d'Alene Tribe's Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel, near Worley, Idaho, that Leone & Keeble is constructing through a joint venture; $10.2 million in additions to the Capitol Theatre, in Yakima, Wash., which Leone & Keeble is constructing through another joint venture; and a $1.3 million Inland Northwest Ba...
