Developer to build $4 million Post Falls affordable housing
Tullamore Commons site plan calls for senior housing in second phase

Whitewater Creek Inc., of Hayden, Idaho, has received building permits for a $4 million multifamily affordable housing project, at the big Tullamore development in Post Falls.

Whitewater Creek is listed as the contractor for an associated company, Tullamore Commons LP, which plans to develop 50 units of multifamily housing in what's been envisioned as the first phase of a multiphase development that would include senior housing units in a second phase and more multifamily housing...
