Coeur d'Alene office facility being built on Linden Avenue
One-story, 3,800-square-foot building's construction cost said to be about $650,000

General contractor Todd Sanders, of Coeur d'Alene, is building an office building there that will house an accounting firm and marketing firm and will have room for another tenant.

The single-story building, to be located at 302 E. Linden, will have 3,800 square feet of floor space, says Scott Cranston, a Coeur d'Alene architect who designed the project. He declines to say what the building's construction will cost, but city of Coeur d'Alene building permit documents put the value...
