Commercial real estate conglomerate acquires big brokerage network

NAI Black, the prominent Spokane commercial real estate brokerage, says it expects to see more transactions here involving large companies as a result of the recent acquisition of NAI Global by an international commercial real estate services company.

NAI Black is an independent affiliate of Princeton, N.J.-based NAI Global, an international network of commercial real estate brokerages. Irving, Texas-based C-III Capital Partners LLC recently completed its acquisition of NAI Global....
