Apartment complex, group homes, medical clinic are included in PUD request

Whitewater Creek Inc., a Hayden, Idaho, multifamily housing developer, plans to construct a 51-unit apartment complex, two duplex-style structures, and a community medical clinic as the next part of its portion of the Tullamore neighborhood in north Post Falls.
