Oregon developer launches subdivision on South Hill
Hayden Homes targets houses in Centre Court at starter-level market

Redmond, Ore.-based residential real estate development company Hayden Homes LLC says it has begun developing a $3.4 million-plus, 23-lot first phase of the Centre Court subdivision on the South Hill, just outside the city of Spokane's eastern boundary.

The development, which will have entry-level-priced homes, is east of Havana Street at 22nd Avenue. Twenty lots are south of 22nd, and three lots are north of 22nd. All will be accessed from 22nd or from short cul-de-sac roads that...
