Tacoma Screw building rises - Art only

Baker Construction & Development Inc., of Spokane, is erecting the10,000-square-foot Tacoma Screw Products Inc. building near the juncture where Fancher Road turns into Interstate 90. The building is scheduled to be completed in October.
