Gonzaga University's $14 million, mixed-use complex begins to take shape on the east side of campus, west of Hamilton Street and south of Boone Avenue. Vandervert Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the four-level, 250,000-square- foot project, which is expected to be completed next year, and ALSC Architects PS, of Spokane designed it.
