Long-time real estate mentor, partner retires to pursue other venture

Sabrina Jones-Schroeder has bought her mother's interest in G&S Real Estate Professionals Inc., a Spokane brokerage that does business as Exit Real Estate Professionals.

Jones-Schroeder says her mother, real estate mentor, and former business partner Gregg Elizabeth Jones, has retired from the industry to focus on an unrelated venture, Ideal Weight Loss Clinic.

Exit Real Estate Professionals has about 30 agents and operates out of 5,000 square feet of leased space in...
