The $58 million Providence Medical Park-Spokane Valley has started to come out of the ground along the south side of Interstate 90, along Indiana Avenue and east of Sullivan Road. The 127,000-square-foot building is scheduled to be completed in spring 2014. Bouten Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the project, and Seattle-based Mahlum Architects designed it....
