Rudeen Development's new construction project valued at $7.7 million

The city of Coeur d'Alene has issued building permits for a $7.7 million second phase of construction at an apartment complex north of Seltice Way, on the west edge of the city.

The project owner, Riverview Ventures II LLC, has started construction on six three-story apartment buildings, four of which will have 16 units, and the remaining two will have 12 units, says Kevin Rudeen, who heads the development company.
