PAML to acquire Oregon lab ...

Spokane-based Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories announced this morning plans to acquire Medford, Ore.-based Rogue Clinical Laboratories, which specializes in endocrine and hormone testing. PAML said in a press release that the acquisition will allow it to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its presence in Oregon. Terms of the transaction weren't disclosed.
