Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane-based Financial Forum Inc., a financial investment company, has leased 1,700 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 501 N. Riverpoint, where it will move from its current location at 427 W. Sinto in early July. Jason Jackson, of Kiemle Hagood, and David Dowers, of Dowers Commercial Real Estate Group Inc., handled the transaction.

Residential home loan company Chimney Rock Mortgage, a division of Kalispell, Montana-based Mann Mortgage LLC, has leased 1,500 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1320 N. Atlantic, where it has moved from the Paulsen Building, at 421 W. Riverside downtown. Mike Hogan, branch manager, says the new location provides better access for clients. Matthew Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone, and Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. 

Spokane Valley-based S.A.M. Properties LLC, a development company, has purchased as an investment 4.28 acres of property on the northeast corner of Sprague Avenue and Argonne Road, where the new Banner Bank plaza is being constructed. Colin Conway, Chad Carper, and Craig Soehren, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Post Falls-based real estate development company Seltice Baugh Real Property LLC has purchased 0.8 acres of undeveloped land at 694 N. Baugh Way, in Post Falls, as an investment. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

The First Judicial District CASA Program Inc., a Coeur d’Alene-based nonprofit that operates as North Idaho CASA, has purchased a 4,800-square-foot building at 1417 N. Fourth, in Coeur d’Alene, where it plans to move from its current location at 816 E. Sherman following renovations. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Coco Jensen, of Windermere Real Estate, handled the transaction.

Bear Paw Cookies LLC, a new bakery, has leased over 1,400 square feet of retail space at 2073 Main, at the Village at Riverstone, in Coeur d’Alene. Chris Schreiber and Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, and Cory Turnbull, of Select Properties Inc., handled the transaction.
