The Achieve Center, a speech, physical, and occupational therapy practice that serves children with developmental disabilities in Eastern and Central Washington, has moved its Spokane clinic to the University District, east of downtown.
The relocated clinic occupies 4,100 square feet of leased space on the fourth floor of the Schade Towers, at 528 E. Spokane Falls Blvd., having moved there recently from smaller quarters at 524 W. Indiana, on Spokane’s North Side, says Paula Turner, director of therapy at the Spokane clinic.
The clinic here has 12 employees, Turner says.
The Spokane clinic is The Achieve Center’s second clinic. The practice was founded in Wenatchee in 2004, and operates a clinic there, where its founders and owners Hal Hunsaker and Eric Burns live.
Guy Byrd of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Jeff McGougan, of NAI Black, negotiated the lease.
