Property brokerage adds lease, management unit

Prime Real Estate opens new division downtown

Prime Real Estate Group, of Spok-  ane, has expanded services with a new arm named One Property Management.

The new division shares office space with Prime Real Estate Group, at 417 W. First in downtown Spokane.

One Property Management offers property leasing, renter screening, marketing, property maintenance, and record keeping services, says Melissa Murphy, who has partnered with longtime local property manager Shanna Cejka to launch the division.

Murphy also is founder and broker at Prime Real Estate Group.

 

Retail

 

Idaho Dreaming LLC, of Coeur d’Alene, which does business as HomeStyles Lighting, a retailer and supplier of commercial and residential lighting fixtures, has bought a 12,600-square-foot building at 5648 N. Government Way, in Dalton Gardens, and plans to move there from smaller, leased quarters at 3540 N. Government Way. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Elixir Salon, a hair and beauty salon, has leased 1,400 square feet of space at 310 W. Indiana and plans to move there in May from smaller quarters at 728 E. Sprague. Don Jamieson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Sunny Buns Tanning Salon & Spa LLC has leased 2,300 square feet of space in the Garland Court retail center, at 634 W. Garland, for a second outlet. Colin Conway, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

 

Services & Supplies

 

NDM Technologies, a Spokane-based proider of information-technology products, has leased 3,000 square feet of space at 601 W. Main and has moved there from 530 W. Main. Erik Nelson, Marc Mowrer, and Ryan Walters, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

Copper Creek Medical Inc., a provider of oxygen and sleep-disorder treatment supplies, has leased 1,300 square feet of floor space at the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3012 N. Sullivan, and plans to move its oxygen supply division there  from its main office at 1512 N. Vercler. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

 

Industrial

 

Blew’s Construction Inc., of Spokane Valley, has leased a half-acre fenced yard at the Johnson Business Park, at 1104 N. Park Road, for storing large construction equipment. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.
