Prominent Spokane real estate developer Harlan Douglass plans to develop a $6 million, three-building office-warehouse complex in north Spokane’s Nevada Lidgerwood neighborhood, according to preliminary documents submitted to the city.

The project site is on 4.5 acres of land located at 6510 N. Lidgerwood, which is at the southeast corner of Lidgerwood Street and Lyons Avenue.

A Journal inquiry to the applicant for the project, Architectural Ventures, of Spokane Valley, was referred to project owner Douglass Properties. A Douglass Properties representative of which couldn’t be reached immediately for comment.

Harlan Douglass, who heads the company, owns the project site, according to Spokane County Assessor’s records.

Two of the buildings would each have roughly 20,300 square feet of floor space, and the other would have about 18,300 square feet of space, according to preliminary site plans.
