The Spokane County Board of Commissioners today approved the sale of over 80 acres of airport land on the West Plains to Runway Property Holding Co. LLC, which has been formed by a global building materials manufacturing company.
A gas station, and possible coffee drive-through stand or automotive lube station are planned on the southeast corner of Francis Avenue and Market Street.
