Cinema Quattro, a four-screen boutique theater in Liberty Lake’s River District, is under construction and expected to open by fall 2026, says founder and creative director Jeremy Whittington.

The Temple Tavern, a casual Italian restaurant, and Red Rose Social, a neighborhood cocktail bar, are both expected to open soon in Spokane's Garland District, bringing additional food and beverage options to the neighborhood. 

Spokane-based NARP LLC, a real estate property investment company, is proposing a $5 million, 39,000-square-foot multifamily development in Spokane's South Perry District neighborhood.
