Construction is expected to start in May on the $2.2 million St. John's Lutheran Church project, at 5810 S. Meadow Lane Road, in Latah Valley. The development arm of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, is the contractor on the 14,000-square-foot project, and Madsen Mitchell Evenson & Conrad PLLC, of Spokane, designed it.
