Spokane-based ALSC Architects has promoted, from left, Indy Dehal to president and CEO from principal and design leader. Dehal has over 23 years of experience. Sheila Boyce has been promoted to principal from interior designer. Boyce is the first interior designer to receive that designation at ALSC. Gale Stanley has been promoted to associate principal. Stanley has been with ALSC for 12 years.

Communities In Schools of Spokane County has hired Ellie Rothstrom, left, and Mica Chen as 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program Coordinators, a position dedicated to the overall planning and coordination of the 21st CCLC after-school and summer program. Rothstrom graduated in May from Whitworth University, and Chen graduated in May from Gonzaga University.

Seattle-based law firm Williams Kastner has hired Todd Adolphson as of-counsel in its Spokane office. Adolphson’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and construction disputes.

Omaha, Nebraska-based law firm Kutalk Rock has promoted Sarah E. Elsden to partner in the Spokane office. Elsden's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.

Spokane-based law firm Witherspoon Brajcich McPhee PLLC has promoted Deanna Willman to senior counsel. Willman's practice is focused on civil litigation and appellate work. Attorney Brian McGinn has joined Witherspoon Brajcich McPhee. McGinn was previously the hearing examiner for the city of Spokane.

Spokane Valley-based law firm Wolff, Hislop & Crockett has named Robert Wright a partner and the new head of the litigation section. Wright has been practicing for just over five years in the area of business, construction, employment, and probate disputes.

Spokane-based auto repair shop Golden Rule Brake has promoted Mike Thrasher, left, to manager of Golden Rule Brake's newly opened Post Falls location from the Spokane Valley location. Thrasher has been with Golden Rule since 2014. Kelly Leatham is now the manager of the Spokane Valley shop. Leatham has been with Golden Rule for 10 years.

Spokane-Valley based Numerica Credit Union has promoted David FitzMaurice to senior vice president financial treasurer from vice president financial treasurer. FitzMaurice has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry.

Seattle-based structural and civil engineering company DCI Engineers Inc. has promoted, from left, Matthew Thomas and Jon Hammond to principal from associate principal positions in the Spokane office. Thomas has been with DCI for 17 years, while Hammond has been with DCI for one year. Kelly Andersen also has been promoted to principal from associate principal in the Coeur d'Alene office. Andersen has been with DCI for 17 years.
