Spokane leather goods manufacturer and online-only seller Chic Sparrow has leased 8,000 square feet in a multitenant building at 8108 N. Division for a workshop, where the company will move its current workshop from a smaller space at 2001 N. Monroe. Justin Folkins, of RenCorp Realty, and Stephen Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co.,handled the transaction. 

Spokane-based law firm McNeice Wheeler PLLC has moved to a 3,000-square-foot space in a multitenant building at 221 W. Main, in downtown Spokane, from smaller quarters at 11404 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley. McNeice Wheeler has six employees and two law interns. The firm handles multiple types of civil litigation, including business, real estate, family, and personal injury issues. Jeff McGougan, of NAI Black, and Kevin Edwards, of Hawkins Edwards Inc., handled the transaction.

Coeur d’Alene-based real estate holding company A-Economy Storage LLC has purchased as an investment a 3,900-square-foot retail building at 331 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene. Currently, Shari’s Café & Pies is a tenant there. Chris Schreiber, Pat Eberlin, and Casey Brazil, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Spokane printing services company Print Tech Inc., which does business as Sir Speedy Printing, has leased a 2,400-square-foot retail building at 16508 E. Sprague, where it has moved from similar-sized quarters at 617 N. Fancher Road. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

BeYoutiful Hot Yoga has leased 2,800 square feet at 1437 N. Argonne Road in a multitenant building for its fourth yoga studio. Justin Folkins, of RenCorp Realty, and Bryan Walker, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. The company’s other studios are at 410 E. Holland, on the North Side; 3017 S. Grand Blvd, on the South Hill; and at 212 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene. It also has a kids’ yoga studio at 3009 S. Grand Blvd.

Coeur d’Alene-based real estate holding company A-Economy Storage LLC has purchased a 30,000-square-foot retail building at 5725 E. Sprague as an investment. The building is occupied by a Big 5 Sporting Goods store. Chris Schreiber and Casey Brazil, both of Kiemle Hagood, and Joe Kappler, of Portland, Ore.-based Macadam Forbes Inc., handled  the transaction.
