Interior remodel projects are underway or planned at two medical buildings with work valued at a combined $110,000, according to information in separate permit applications submitted to the city of Spokane.

Tenant improvements have begun in 1,500 square feet of space in the Holland Professional Building, at 775 E. Holland, in the Nevada Lidgerwood neighborhood. Work includes framing interior walls to create separate offices. The project is valued at $85,000.

Troy Moody, of Spokane Valley based-Moody’s Design Inc., is listed as the project’s contractor and Bryan Ehler designed it.

Less than a mile southwest of there, Concentra Urgent Care, located at 9222 N. Newport Highway, in the Country Homes neighborhood, has filed an application for an interior remodel project valued at $25,000.

The proposed work includes updating the clinic’s check-in counter, enlarging the waiting area, renovating the physician’s station and lab, and building a director’s office.
