Greenstone Corp., of Liberty Lake, is erecting new residential units at its Kendall Yards urban village, located on the north bank of the Spokane River, just northwest of downtown Spokane. The company has built and sold more than 40 living units since it took over the 78-acre mixed-use development in 2009. Homes completed or currently under review comprise the first of six phases of residential development at the site.
