Buildings for the Inlander newspaper and Spa Paradiso are planned to be among the first commercial buildings in the Kendall Yards mixed-use development, northwest of downtown Spokane. Each building is valued at $1.2 million, and work is expected to start on them this summer. Greenstone Corp., which is developing the big project, expects Kendall Yards to have 600,000 square feet of commercial space eventually.
