Interstate 90 widening progresses - Art only

Acme Concrete Paving Inc., of Spokane, readies the eastbound lanes of Interstate 90 between Sullivan and Barker roads for paving. The $15 million project seeks to add a third lane to the freeway between the Sullivan interchange and the Idaho border.
