Spokane-based financial services company Inland Capital LLC has leased about 4,000 square feet of space in the Boulevard Park Office Center, at 2607 S. Southeast Blvd., on Spokane’s South Hill, where it has moved its headquarters.

The company announced its move late last month as a strategic move to increase the size of its operations and to accommodate clients better, according to a press release.

Aaron Cunningham, CEO, says in the release, “Our new South Hill location will continue to allow us to grow our business with more office space, along with onsite parking.”

The company currently has eight employees, according to its website.

He adds, “(It) will help us accommodate our growing staff, and we think that our partner businesses … also will benefit from this upgraded location.”

According to permits filed with the city of Spokane, the two-story space underwent minor renovations to the tune of $25,000 in which an existing bathroom was renovated into a breakroom and walls were added to create offices and a large conference room.

Inland Capital’s partner company, On-Top Realty Management & Construction Services, handled the renovations. On-Top Realty also moved to a second-floor suite in Boulevard Park.

Inland Capital’s other partner company, commercial and residential real estate brokerage Citibrokers, moved to the new location as well, according to its website.

Inland Capital was headquartered on the 3,000-square-foot third floor of the historic 1889 Building, on the southeast corner of Main Avenue and Stevens Street downtown, where it occupied about 1,100 square feet. The company sold the 9,000-square-foot building to Yakima-based real estate management company Wilson Commercial Properties LLC for $1.4 million in April.
