Spokane Home Builders Association has scheduled its 17th annual Fall Festival of Homes, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Sept. 24-25, and Oct. 1-2.
This year, guests will have options to attend both in-person and virtually, with 3D virtual tours of each home beginning the morning of the opening day.
The festival will feature 13 new homes located in the city of Spokane and surrounding areas. Homesites are located in the West Plains, South Hill, Liberty Lake, Spokane Valley, North Spokane, and Deer Park.
In addition to the show homes, the festival will feature a new Neighborhood Spotlight segment intended to showcase home builders in neighborhoods where the developments are still under construction, according to the SHBA website. The new segment has been added because of supply chain issues as well as a steep increase in construction costs that have delayed construction timelines for some builders.
Three residential home builders—Condron Homes, Edge Homes, and RYN Built Homes—will be showcasing four different neighborhoods as part of the spotlight. The featured neighborhoods include Willow View, in Spokane Valley; Whitetail Ridge, and Red Fox Ridge, in Veradale; and Shamrock Glen, in Deer Park.
Participating builders and developers in this year’s festival and the neighborhood spotlight include Homestead Construction, Hayden Homes, Strohmaier Construction, Kuntz Construction, Solid Ground Home Builders, Bella Terra Garden Homes, Contempo Homes, RYN Built Homes, Eagle Homes NW, Condron Homes, Panorama Builders, Markham Homes, Deer Park Meadows, and Copper River Homes.
