A townhouse-style housing development for seniors, dubbed Keystone Villas, is under consideration in Spokane Valley.

A new project, dubbed the Coyle Innovation Center, is planned on about 60 acres of vacant land near the city of Deer Park's growing airport, where developers envision an industrial park that goes beyond traditional uses and offers a flexible environment suited for innovation.

Projects are underway at Gonzaga University's Integrated STEM Complex where the university is investing nearly $3 million to update and modernize biomedical science, informatics, and research lab space at the heart of its campus in Spokane.
