The Millworx urban living development in Post Falls has two new businesses that are expected to bring food and gathering experiences to the growing district.

Bryan Harkey is opening Plunder Rum & Tapas, a new sister bar of Cease & Desist Book Club, both of which operate in the historic Legion Building, at 108 N. Washington in downtown Spokane.

A new coffee bar has opened within an existing nail salon in Spokane's Moran Prairie neighborhood on the South Hill to offer sweet drinks and pampering in one location.
