Silvey Construction Inc., of Spokane, is building this $1.7 million, 10,000-square-foot medical building at 510 E. Holland for SpineTeamSpokane. Dr. Daniel Dibble, who owns SpineTeamSpokane, in Spokane Valley, says the structure will become the flagship office for his practice, which will continue to operate its Valley office, at 1117 N.
