Baker Construction Co., of Spokane, is building a 20,300-square-foot building to be named Pillar Rock Plaza, at 8510 U.S. Highway 2, that will house the Spokane Military Entrance Processing Station, which plans to move there from downtown Spokane in January. Wolfe Group PS, of Spokane, designed the $2.4 million project.
