The Ridge at Midway, a $13 million, 180-unit apartment complex, is in various stages of construction and leasing at 16320 N. Hatch, north of the Wandermere neighborhood. Inland Washington LLC, of Spokane Valley, is developing the complex, which includes seven apartment buildings, a recreation building, and multiple-stall garages.
