Bissinger Building project starts - Art only

Gary Bernardo and Bob Wills, majority owners of the Spokane firm Bernardo Wills Architects PC, have launched a renovation and expansion project, illustrated here, at the Bissinger Building, at 153 S. Jefferson, which they bought. Vandervert Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the $1.5 million project, which will include a 4,000-square-foot addition to the ground and upper floors of the building

that will bring the total floor space in the building to 22,600 square feet.
