Aspen Ridge Plaza, a 10,300-square-foot medical office building, is under construction at 22106 E. Country Vista Drive, in Liberty Lake. Aspen Commercial LLC, a division of Aspen Homes & Development LLC, of Coeur d'Alene, is the contractor on the project, which is expected to be completed this coming fall. Coeur d'Alene architect Roxanne Gunther, designed it.
