McGeary Properties Spokane Valley LLC has bought as an investment the Chalet Apartments, a two-story, 16-unit, multifamily residential building at 311 S. Whipple, near Pines Road. Jim Watson, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Engels MC Northwest LLC, of Spokane, doing business as Slick Rock Burrito, has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space for a restaurant at 1908 W. Northwest Blvd. Mary L'Homme and Duane Hollis, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Green Flowers, a new flower shop, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at 1602 N. Monroe. Mark McLees and Don Jamieson, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Datastream Technology Service, a Spokane computer equipment sales and repair business, has leased 700 square feet of retail space at 2035 W. Northwest Blvd., where it has opened a second location. Don Jamieson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Medical Oncology Associates PS and Spokane Breast Center have leased a total of 5,200 square feet of shared space on the first floor of the Sacred Heart Doctors Building, at 105 W. Eighth, and plan to move there in December from smaller quarters on the third and sixth floors, respectively, of that medical office building. Jim Hawley and Ron Horton, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Thompson Chiropractic & Massage, of Spokane, has leased 550 square feet of office space at 222 W. Mission and has moved there from 319 W. Indiana. Craig Soehren and Barbara Nesser, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Don Jamieson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Walgreen Co., the Deerfield, Ill.-based drugstore chain, has leased about 2,700 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, for centralized repair services for corporately owned electronic and office equipment for its Spokane-area stores. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, and Scott Person, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Click Distributing East Inc., a new Spokane Valley-based beer and wine distributor, has leased 9,600 square feet of space in the Spokane Valley Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty, handled the transaction.



Creatin Hop LLC, has leased 1,900 square feet of floor space for an all-ages club at the former Larry's Tavern building, at 1317 N. Howard. Shawn Nichols and Matthew Byrd, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Do So Pizza Inc., of Spokane Valley, doing business as Little Caesars, has leased 1,400 square feet of space for a new outlet in the Hillyard Marketplace shopping center, at 4015 N. Market. Chris Siemens, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
