The proposal calls for construction of nine apartment buildings and a clubhouse, permit information says.
Each building will be a three-story, wood-framed structure. Eight 24-unit buildings will have 26,500 square feet of living space each within an 8,800-square-foot footprint. One 12-unit building will occupy a 4,400-square-foot footprint and have 13,200 square feet of living space. A one-story, 2,300-square-foot clubhouse is planned in the center of the development, site plans show.
Additionally, nine garage structures, each with nine parking stalls, are planned near the south and west boundaries of the property.
The complex also will have 402 total parking stalls, including private garages and carports for residents.
