Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Home improvement company Spokane Stone Creations LLC has leased a 1,500-square-foot bay in the multitenant facility at 3707 E. Decatur for the company’s first commercial location. Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction. 

Spokane-based fence installation company All Star Fence LLC has leased 3,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 903 E. Pacific, where it will move from a larger facility at 3330 E Riverside. The company will occupy two of three buildings onsite. Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Beckenhauer Family Trust, of Coeur d’Alene, has purchased as an investment 24.1 acres of industrial land south of Prairie Avenue between Kira Street and Beck Road, in Post Falls, from Cedar Management Co. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the buyer. Chad Burd, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller.

Coeur d’Alene clothing retailer Garment District LLC has leased 3,700 square feet of retail space from Perko Properties LLC, at 849 N. Fourth, in Coeur d’Alene. The company plans to move to the main floor of that building from larger quarters in the basement. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Appleway Group LLC, of Spokane Valley, an affiliate of Appleway RV LLC, has purchased a 12,500-square-foot warehouse and shop facility at 216 N. Dyer Road, which it had been leasing for two years. Pete Carstens, of Carstens Management Co., and Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

NT Investments LLC, of Spokane, has purchased a 3,050-square-foot, single-story building at 12303 E. Trent formerly occupied by the Valley Bar & Grill. The buyer plans to remodel the building and open a new bar and grill. Colin Conway, Mark Lucas, and Tracy Lucas, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
