Imprezzio, Infosys partner to boost customer service

Spokane company seeing 'early traction,' exec says

June 22, 2017

Spokane-based proprietary software company Imprezzio Inc. says it’s formed a partnership with global technology consulting firm Infosys Ltd. to help both companies improve service to their customers.

“Considering Infosys’ 300,000 employees, Imprezzio can literally kick-off as many projects as needed without having to worry about scaling our operations, while allowing us to focus on products and sales,” says Jeff Brown, executive vice president of sales with Imprezzio, in an email to the Journal.

Infosys will help its clients with top-line revenue growth and strategic initiatives by introducing Imprezzio, he says.

“Infosys is a key partner to our growth strategy. The early traction we’re experiencing with this partnership has us very excited about the future,” he says.

Adds Sam Fleming, Imprezzio’s vice president of product marketing, “As a further benefit of the partnership, Infosys will leverage their existing customer relationships by representing Imprezzio in the marketplace.”

At the end of last year, Imprezzio told the Journal it anticipates strong growth in 2017 and expects to top $30 million in annual revenue this year. The company specializes in providing proprietary software designed for companies involved in contract management, insurance, and other financial service industries.

Named after the Italian word for enterprise, Imprezzio is the flagship operation of DaRK Capital, a three-year-old holding company based here that also includes a number of other subsidiaries. Imprezzio, which is 12 years old, is located at 1520 W. Third.

Imprezzio and its DaRK Capital affiliates employ more than 200 people, including 75 here and 15 in the Seattle area, the company says.

Infosys, founded in 1981, makes its headquarters in Bengaluru, India. Infosys says it has clients in more than 50 countries helping companies create digital strategies for businesses that range from engineering companies to application development.

Infosys also has customers involved in knowledge management and business process management, the company says.

Brown says more than 150,000 clients use Imprezzio’s sales suite software.

Adds Infosys associate vice president Anish Raj, “One of the common themes we hear from our senior executive clients is the desire to drive top line revenue growth in a time of digital evolution. Everyone has a CRM (customer relationship management) application; however, few differentiated technologies advance new customer engagement and retention.”

CRM software is a software category that includes applications to help businesses manage customer data and customer interaction.

“The opportunity to wrap Imprezzio’s components and capabilities around our client’s existing infrastructure, with rapid speed to market and desired business results, is exciting,” Anish says.
