Central Valley School District plans to build a new North Pines Middle School just west of the current structure. The $27.6 million, 84,600-square-foot structure is scheduled to be

completed in mid-summer of 2018. ALSC Architects PS, of Spokane, is the architect on the project, and Garco Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor.
