Spokane Regional MarCom Association will hold its December meeting on Friday, Dec. 7, from 7 to 9 a.m., at the Lincoln Center, 1316 N. Lincoln. John Bryant and Mark Irvin, of No-Li Brewhouse will speak about branding your business. Tincan, the nonprofit organization that uses information technology and interactive media for education and community development, will offer the following free technology training workshops: Internet Basics, Thursday, Dec. 6, from 10 to 11 a.m.; Google Cloud, from 4 to 5 p.m.; Growing Your Business with Websites, from 6 to 7 p.m.; Facebook Basics, Friday, Dec. 7, from 11a.m. to noon, and Monday, Dec. 17, from 1 to 2 p.m.; Online Job Searching, Monday, Dec. 10, from 2 to 3 p.m.; Growing Your Business with Twitter, from 4 to 5 p.m.; Basic Video, Tuesday, Dec. 11, from 3 to 6 p.m.; Photoshop 102, from 4 to 5 p.m.; and Growing Your Business with Pinterest, Wednesday, Dec. 12, from 2 to 3 p.m. Workshops will be held at 1317 W. ActionCOACH Spokane will hold an AdRICH Workshop on Thursday, Dec. 6, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The cost is $75 per business team of three. ActionCOACH also will hold a Power of Positive Doing! workshop on Thursday, Dec. 20, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $200 with a referral, $500 for others, and includes meals for the day. Community Colleges of Spokane's workforce, corporate, and continuing education department will hold a 40-hour class called Nondestructive Testing—Ultrasonic Testing Level 1, Monday through Friday, Jan. 14-18, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the college's Air Washington Office, Building 1, 1810 N. Greene. Larry Culbertson, who is an American Society for Nondestructive Testing level III testing professional, will teach the course. The cost is $1,250. For information call 533-8483.
