Garco Construction Inc., of Spokane, is well under way on construction of Catholic Charities of Spokane's four-story, 51-unit low-income housing project at 108 S. State, in downtown Spokane. The $8 million building is being erected next to the nonprofit's House of Charity facility, located at the northeast corner of Browne Street and Pacific Avenue. Heylman Martin Architects PS, of Spokane, designed the building.
