The big Patterson Hall expansion and renovation at Eastern Washington University is ahead of schedule and is expected to be completed by January 2014. The $56.5 million project, for which Leone & Keeble Inc. is the general contractor, includes erecting a 34,000-square-foot addition, which will give the structure a total of about 135,000 square feet of floor space.
