The new branch for JP Morgan Chase & Co., of New York, is well under way at the Sundance Plaza shopping center, in northwest Spokane's Indian Trail neighborhood. The 4,200-square-foot branch is expected to open in November and is one of 12 new offices Chase Bank is opening in Washington state this year. City of Spokane records list the project's value at about $2.2 million.
