Greater Spokane Incorporated will hold a breakfast meeting on Friday, Feb. 11, from 7 to 9 a.m., at the Spokane Convention Center. Spokane Mayor Mary Verner will give her 2011 State of the City Address. The cost is $30 for members, and $55 for others. GSI also will hold a reception for Gen. LaunchPad Inland Northwest will host a Professional Women's Community Luncheon on Tuesday, Feb. 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Nectar Tasting Room, 120 N. Stevens downtown. The Idaho Small Business Development Center will hold a workshop titled Managing Your Business Finances for Profit, on Friday, Feb. 11, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. It will hold a workshop titled Restaurant Essentials for Profit, on Thursday, Feb. 17, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. A workshop titled Planning for Business Success will be held on Friday, Feb. 18, from 8:30 to noon, and another titled Protecting Your Intellectual Property will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 22, from 6 to 9 p.m. All the workshops will be at the North Idaho College Workforce Training Center, 525 W.
