NAI Black, a prominent Spokane-based commercial real estate brokerage, has opened a sales and leasing office in Coeur d'Alene.
The new office is located in 550 square feet of leased space in the Silver Lake Mall, at 200 W. Hanley, says Jeff Johnson, president of NAI Black's commercial operations. Two agents will work there.
"This office will allow NAI Black to better serve its customers and clients in North Idaho," Johnson says. The company's customers there include General Growth Properties Inc., which owns the Silver Lake Mall.
NAI Black's main office here is in the James S. Black Building, at 107 S. Howard, downtown.
The company was formed in the fall of 2007, when Dave Black and Bob Tomlinson, the two main principals in the former Tomlinson Black Group of Cos., parted ways to focus on different segments of the real estate industry.
NAI Black is aligned with NAI Global, a Princeton, N.J.-based network of 325 commercial real estate offices in 55 countries.
