Event Description

Imagine being so good at what you do, that you’re rewarded by being moved to a completely different job. Many people managers have done great work and are deserving of a promotion, but the promotion isn’t simply a level-up — it’s a full-on job change. Whether you've tallied up years of experience or are new to your position, it’s never too late to create, develop, or fine-tune your leadership skills.

360 Clarity is providing a quarterly series to help people managers get even better at their supervisory and people skills.

You may choose to attend the entire series or single workshops. These professional development opportunities will help you improve and possibly open up possibilities to areas for some more thorough work. Regardless of your purpose for attending, all participants will need to prepare to be engaged, discuss, and challenge themselves. If you want a sit-and-get, we’ll provide that series on Nov. 2, 2026. The series will be held both in-person and online.
