Spokane Valley-founded online auction retailer BuyWander Inc. is moving its headquarters to Kent, Washington, as the rapidly expanding company looks to tap into the West Side's deep pool of e-commerce and retail talent.

Emily Peterson is applying the finishing touches to HoneySpell Cafe, a North Spokane fantasy-inspired cafe expected to open in September with a business model built around coffee, community events, and lessons learned from running Page 42 Bookstore.

Capitol Bar & Grill in Spokane Valley opened on Friday, Aug. 7, and has been packed with patrons every day since.
