Work on car wash on Thor proceeds - Art only

Car Wash Plazas Inc., of Spokane, is building a car wash on Thor Street, across from a Fred Meyer retail store, in east Spokane. Vandervert Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the project, which is expected to be completed before summer.
