Totally Polished, a custom welding and fabrication operation, has leased 1,250 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3012 N. Sullivan, and plans to move there from Santa Barbara, Calif. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the lease.



Family School of Music, a new music school, has leased 2,600 square feet of floor space in the 14th & Grand Building, at 1337 S. Grand. Jon Jeffreys, Jeff McGougan, and Kevin Edwards, all of NAI Black, handled the lease.



Strategy & Games Inc., a new game seller, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Silver Lake Mall, at 200 W. Hanley, in Coeur d'Alene. Chris Siemens, Colin Conway, and Jim Orcutt, all of NAI Black, handled the lease.

Crux Subsurface Inc., a Spokane Valley geotechnical drilling company, has leased 5,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Its main facility is located just across Fifth Street, at 16707 E. Euclid. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Sheppard Law Office PC, a new Spokane Valley legal practice, has leased 900 square feet of office space at 16114 E. Indiana, in Spokane Valley. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



UniFirst Corp., the Wilmington, Mass.-based commercial uniform supplier, has leased 1,600 square feet of space at 718 N. Crestline for a new branch. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.
