Freedom Truck Centers Inc., of Spokane, is developing a $7 million 47,000-square-foot dealership building on the West Plains, at 10311 W. Hallett Road, where it plans to consolidate its Spokane-area operations. Lydig Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the project, and ALSC Architects PS, of Spokane, designed it.
