Peirone Produce Co., of Spokane, plans to move to a 70,000-square-foot facility, illustrated here, that's under construction at 9818 W. Hallett Road, on the West Plains, just east of the Interstate 90-Medical Lake interchange. Vandervert Construction Inc., of Spokane, is erecting the $4.6 million structure, and Lindquist Architects PS, of Spokane Valley, designed it. Peirone Produce plans to move there from a building east of downtown.
